Okay, fine. He actually finished Pre-Algebra on Friday of last week. And then we promptly dropped him off for a two-night camp and then picked him up just in time to take him to the NASCAR race, so we basically forgot about it until Monday.
And on Monday we discovered that he had finished his old math book, and that his new one had not yet arrived.
But it did arrive in time for school on Tuesday.
Behold, the first thing we ordered from the Duke Tip Program:
It's a good stop between Pre-Algebra and Algebra, and there is a novel that goes along with this workbook. (He should get the novel some time next week.)
I did a short math course similar to this with a professor from The Ohio State University when I was in fifth or sixth grade, too. It might have been the summer between fifth and sixth grade, actually.
Then, Connor finished his European Geography workbook, and moved on to his next selection: Australia.
