We walked along the Hollywood Walk of Fame for a little while, looking at all the stars on the sidewalk. Then, we watched San Andreas at the Chinese Theater. It was the closest thing to a movie that we could take the kids to that was showing there. They were a little bit scared a few times, but we explained that the movie wasn't real and it was just special effects, and no those people didn't really die.
I think we've put them off earthquakes for life. Oh well. Can't say that I blame them. No one really likes earthquakes.
But I'm pretty sure that they will always remember the time that Mommy and Daddy took them to the Chinese Theater to watch a scary movie for the rest of their lives.
