I love Epcot during the Flower and Garden Festival, because of all the wonderful character topiaries in the park.
Woody and Bo and three little sheep
Figment
We were able to enter the park at 7 PM, and we had decided to eat a late dinner in the World Showcase. We started on the Mexico side, and we were able to work our way all the way around to France before the fireworks show.
I got a watermelon salad.
Kevin got some grilled street corn.
Then, we had some tacos and churros in Mexico.
After the Mexico Pavilion, we visited Norway.
I love the pandas.
We spent some time in Germany, and we got a giant Bavarian pretzel.
I bought a new Minnie Mouse ear headband in Germany.
Lady and the Tramp
I had some frushi, and everyone else had creamy shrimp udon.
Then, we visited Morocco, but only briefly.
We watched the Epcot Forever fireworks show from France.
After the fireworks ended, it was 9:00, and the park was closing to the general public, so we switched gears. Instead of eating, we started riding things.
Lumiere
We rode the new Ratatouille ride in France.
Then, we finished walking around the World Showcase.
We walked through the United Kingdom and Canada.
Winnie the Pooh and Rabbit
We made it back around to Mexico, so that we could ride the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros.
I love the Three Caballeros.
The ride had been updated since I was a kid, and it was fantastic.
Then, we rode Frozen Ever After in Norway, and at that point, we declared ourselves done with the back part of Epcot, so we headed up to the front of the park.
We got in line for the Test Track, but just before we got on, they had to shut it down because of lightning nearby.
So, we went to Mars instead.
Then, we rode Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. There was a 30 minute wait, but it was the best ride I have ever been on, so it was worth it.
Test Track opened back up, so we went to ride that.
And then it was 1:00 in the morning, and we had gone on all the rides we wanted, so we headed back to the hotel room.
