(I really like that song! I can't get it out of my head, so it is a good thing that I like it.)
Right now I am reading Bleak House by Charles Dickens. I like it so far, but it is huge!
Then, I started thinking about how Jane Austen and Charles Dickens are often grouped together.
Then, I decided that if I was a character in an Austen/Dickens novel, I would want to be described as "exceedingly pretty."
Now, since I know both authors would have to put a "but" after that, I've decided that I don't care what comes after that "but," as long as I get to be "exceedingly pretty."
Which means that I would probably be described as "exceedingly pretty, but vain, foolish, or self-centered."
Which I am alright with.
