What's the Deal?

Can anyone tell me what the deal is with the weather lately? Two days ago it was so beautiful outside - warm with a bright blue sky and rainbows and everything - that I wanted to cry. Then, yesterday, it was so nasty outside that the tornado sirens in my neighborhood wailed for at least 45 mintues, and the window in my bedroom (that we just had fixed, thank you very much) started leaking again because of all of the rain and hail. I wanted to cry then, too, but for an entirely different reason. And today, it is frigid outside!
