So, Christmas is just about two weeks away. I haven't done a bit of shopping yet. I wanted to buy Christmas cards to send out last weekend, but the only store I made it to was Kroger. :) Maybe this weekend I can get some holiday-related stuff done, but I'm really not feeling the pressure to do it.
Kevin has bought a couple of gifts for our families. He actually got up *very* early the day after Thanksgiving to go do it. But, most of the shopping, and all of the wrapping, still needs to be done.
He also bought us an artificial pre-lit Christmas tree when he was out on "Black Friday." It was one of the easy-to-assemble types, and we only had to put the three pieces together and plug them in. Seriously, we had all our Christmas decorations up in about an hour. It was great, and they look great! It was all I had the energy for this year, but it makes me happy to see it all lit up.
