Idlewild

Yesterday, Kevin and I watched the movie Idlewild. It was a thoroughly entertaining movie. The dancing was awesome, too!

When the movie first started, I saw that Hinton Battle was the choreographer, and I thought to myself that the movie would have some great dance scenes. But, while we were watching the movie, I totally forgot why it was so awesome, until there was a tap dance number at the end. That's when I remembered about Hinton Battle, and everything made perfect sense.

Just in case you aren't big into dance, and don't know who Hinton Battle is, you may know him as the demon "Sweet" from the musical Buffy episode, Once More, With Feeling. He did all the choreography for that, too.
