At our house, in our neighborhood where there are a ton of cats, Spring means Kittens!
We have found the first Kitten of the year. He came up to Kevin while Kevin was out watering the garden two nights ago. The Kitten still has blue eyes, and is pretty wobbly on its feet, but it is *very* adventurous. I don't know if there are other kittens from the same litter, or if this is the only one that survived.
Kevin snapped a ton of pictures of the Kitten while he was playing with it, and it was super cute. In the picture above, the Kitten is about to attack his shoe. :)
There is at least one more litter of kittens on the way...there is an orange and white cat that has been laying around our back yard under the bushes with a huge belly for the past week or so. She's got to be near birth, although I'm not a vet or anything. Hopefully those kittens will be just as cute and healthy.
