I was changing Connor's diaper at approximately 5:00 AM, and I thought to myself, "wow, I've gotten so good at this, it doesn't matter that I'm tired because I can do it with my eyes closed," which of course, I was. And, as I was reaching down to snap his pjs closed after I was all through, I put my hand in P.O.O.P.
I had taken his old diaper off, and put a new diaper on, without realizing that there was a mess there, and so the mess only got bigger. I ended up having to open my eyes after all, turn on the lights and clean the big mess.
Poor baby... but he survived. Probably thought it was funny.
