Wallaby Darned from Outback

While looking for the recipe for the potato soup, I found this copy cat recipe online. I had this "Wallaby Darned" drink last night at Outback, and I *loved* it.

Ingredients:

8 ounces frozen sliced peaches
1/2 cup Bacardi Fuzzy Navel mix
1/2 cup ice
1/2 champagne
3 ounces water
1.5 ounces peach schnapps
1.5 ounces vodka
1 TBSP sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender and mix on high for 30 seconds, or until ice is crushed and smooth. Serve immediately. (Serves 2)
