Kevin is on a business trip. In anticipation of this trip, I made sure to do all of his laundry this weekend. On Sunday night, all of his clothes that he could possibly need for this trip were clean.
He was also in an in-town conference both Monday and Tuesday, so he really didn't get to spend much time in his office at work this week. So, he didn't come home from work last night until 9:00 PM, because he went back to the office after the conference to get some things done before he had to leave town.
While he was at work, I got a few things together and got out a suitcase for him, to make it easier for him to pack.
Well, after he got home and had dinner and relaxed for a bit, he informed me that he had to do laundry before he could pack. Apparently, he had *already* dirtied all of the clothes that he was intending to take with him. (At this time, it was at least 10:30 PM!)
Needless to say, I have no idea how late last night Kevin was up doing laundry, ironing and packing. But, I do know that he had to leave before 5:00 AM this morning. Poor guy.
(He is going on another business trip next week. Hopefully he will have learned his lesson by then about not wearing the clothes you intend to pack once they have been washed for packing.)
