Swiffer Wet Jet v. Regular Swiffer with Wet Mop Cloth

Last night, while cleaning the kitchen floor, I put my Swiffer Wet Jet up against my ordinary Swiffer outfitted with one of the wet mop cloths.

I thought that the wet cloth swiffer did a fantastic job with the general dingy dirt on the floor. Better than the wet jet there. But, it only lasted for half of the kitchen. I would need two or three wet mop cloths to do the entire first floor area.

The Swiffer Wet Jet does a much better job with the spills and food that end up on the floor. And, I can clean the entire first floor with just one cloth, and each bottle of cleaning solution lasts for many, many cleanings.

I think that the verdict is this: I would like to use the Swiffer Wet Jet to clean the floor, and then every once in a while, go back over it with the wet mop cloths in order to really make it sparkle.

Heaven forbid that I ever have to use a regular mop and bucket!
