We All Love Evona

This is Evona, whom we lovingly refer to as Aunt Evona (even though she is Kirk's cousin, Kevin's first cousin once removed, and Connor's first cousin twice removed). This picture was taken at Zoey's birthday party last March. Connor was about nine months old at the time.

Last night, we drove up to the Cleveland area to visit her in the hospital and say goodbye. She is dying because of cancer.

I think Grandpa said it best: "If you ever met Evona, then you loved her."
