What do you eat with Lobster?

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits, of course. (Thanks for the restaurant clone recipe book, Aunt Sherry. These are just like the real thing!)

Biscuit Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups Bisquick
4 tbsp cold butter
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cold whole milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Brush on Top:

2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
pinch salt

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Mix Bisquick and butter in a large mixing bowl with a pastry cutter until butter is in pea sized chunks. Add cheddar cheese, milk and garlic. Mix until combined, but do not over mix.

3. Drop dough onto cookie sheets in 1/4 cup portions. Bake 15-17 minutes until light brown.

4. Brush melted butter and spice mixture over the top of the biscuits using a pastry brush.

Makes 12 biscuits

Oops, sorry! Where were you at during the biscuit tasting?

Maybe I'll make you an entire batch to make up for it! :)
