Ingredients:
10 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (I used the Hint of Salt variety, and that was fine)
2 peppermint candy canes, crushed
Directions:
Melt chocolate in microwave for 2-3 minutes. Blend in peppermint extract. Dip crackers in chocolate, completely coating the crackers. Scrape off excess chocolate and place on wax-paper covered baking sheets. Sprinkle with candy canes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is firm.
