It was taken days before his little bottom teeth came in.

Lex is a very affectionate babe. I love it! But sometimes, his displays of affection are like being mauled by a tiny force of love.
He gets really excited and shrieks. Then, he takes his two little palms and smacks them on you. Depending on how you are holding him, this can range from a few good pats on the back to a nice firm slap on each cheek.
Next come the kisses. The big, open mouthed, slobbery kisses. He either gets your shoulder, or your face. The face ones are the best. Especially when he finishes it off with a little bite, and those two tiny teeth find purchase on the bottom edge of your jaw.
Even though you end up disheveled and wet, hugs and kisses from Lex are the best!

How cute! This actually makes me think that having a baby could be more fun than having a dog!
And with possibly less poo on the floor.
Possibly? PROBABLY. But, then, I've never had a dog.
