Since tomorrow is our 5th wedding anniversary, I'm dedicating this post to my fabulous husband, Kevin, who made a fabulous groom.
It's important to make the groom feel special on his wedding day. After all, it's his big day, too, and everyone is usually fussing over the bride.
This is a good place to start...
attention from all the bridesmaids is always welcome. It may make the groom blush a little, though.
Umbrellas are welcome too, when it is raining.
It would be helpful if younger brothers could just stop being taller than the groom on his wedding day, but I guess that is asking a lot. Especially since they already had to get out of bed and shower and put on a tux and show up and all that.
It's nice to have all your friends gather around you.
And your parents, too!
So that finally, the groom can stand up at the front of the church while his bride comes walking down the aisle with her father. Or at least, that is how it happened for us 5 years ago.
