Anthropologie is one of my favorite stores. But I've never actually bought anything there.
I love to go in and look around, and I always find things that I would love to buy. But for some reason or other, I've never even tried on anything in the store.
That is going to change soon. And, in real life (not just this imaginary shopping spree).
For some reason that I will hopefully be able to adequately explain, I feel like my time for shopping at this store has finally arrived. It has to do, in part, with my upcoming birthday. I'm finally at the appropriate stage in life where shopping at Anthropologie makes sense. Although I'm sure that this concept will probably only make sense to me.
It's abstract. I admit it.
But, one of the things that I love about this store is that all of the clothes have names that I can love.
Like good nail polish. (Right now I'm wearing a shade known as "Plum Motion." Isn't that so much better than purple?)
Take this dress for instance:
The Mullany Dress. I have no idea what a mullany dress is, exactly, but I love it.
Secret Treasure Dress
Scattered Clouds Tee (Aren't I doing well, incorporating some blue color into my selections? Blue looks good with red hair, right?)
High Tea Blouse
Chilled Ripples Shell
Lost Time Skirt (Totally fun and whimsical, and in my mind I think it would look great with either of the shirts right above it.)
Spring Mix Half Apron
Owl Invasion Apron (Yes, I previously blogged about this apron. I'm not over it yet.)
The Lady's Apron
Total Spent: $895.95
Total Remaining to Spend in $10,000 Shopping Spree: $5,072.14
