It was the first time that Lex and I had been to the new baseball stadium. Kevin and Connor went to a game last summer while I was on bedrest.
It's really a nice new stadium, and I'm looking forward to taking the boys to many more baseball games there.
I think that they really enjoyed it. Lex would have cruised around the whole stadium if I had let him, but I wouldn't let him walk past our little row of seats.
Because it was a night game, and there had been a rain delay, we left at the end of the 5th inning as it was already about 11:00 PM. Both of the boys were holding up spectacularly well, and we wanted to end it on a good note, before they melted down or turned into pumpkins.
We hit up the gift shop before we left, and everyone snagged some good stuff so we are all ready for another day at the ball park.
