This one is great. It's all about a boy who is going to be a soccer superstar. But it has a surprise ending, because maybe, just maybe, he's going to be a super ROCK star. The only thing Connor loves as much as soccer is playing drums. He really relates to this book, I think. I also think it helps that the little boy looks a bit like him, with red hair and fair skin.And another thing that Connor likes as much as sports are dinosaurs, so these books are perfect!
The books are written in rhyme, so I enjoy reading them 53 times a day. Each book ends with the promise of next-season's sport, so he is already anticipating the publication of Dino-Hoops. He is definitely my son.
