Since we ordered Netflix service around the end of the summer, I've seen a lot of movies. There have been many decent movies and a few bad ones, but I really enjoyed Inception. So much so, in fact, that I'm watching it a second time tonight before sending it back to Netflix.
I am unsurprised to learn that the movie was written and directed by the same man who adapted and directed another of my favorite movies, The Prestige. I wouldn't mind watching that movie again, either.
At the end of the movie (the first time we watched it) Kevin and I both had completely different interpretations of what we had just watched. That in itself is reason enough to watch it again. But it was just so fun to look at, too. There were many scenes where we wondered how on earth did they even film that?!
Other random thoughts:
If I had a daughter, I might name her Ariadne. Also, I need to re-read The King Must Die.
Ellen Page is awesome. I still think that she would have made a much better Bella in the Twilight movies.
Don't think about elephants.
(Are you thinking about elephants?)
I am somewhat interested in militarizing my subconscious. Maybe you should, too.
