Friday Flashback: Before Blogging
Before I was a blogger, I was a day-planner.
Meaning, of course, that I used to keep track of my goings-on in my written day planner. This included things to be done, and what I actually did, after the fact.
Sidebar: I've never kept a traditional diary, but I have always had the urge to record my life in some fashion.
I was going through my recipe box earlier this week, when I stumbled across a few sheets from an old day planner that were torn out and stuffed in the recipe box. No, I don't have any idea why I kept them, or why they were in the recipe box.
In the 28 days listed, I ate at 21 restaurants, watched 20 movies, got a flat tire and was late to work one time, left work early one time, bought a wedding dress and a flower girl dress, sent out save the date cards for my wedding, had a disaster at one apartment and moved to another, and purchased a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and a microwave.
I guess now I know what I used to do before I had kids.

And look we had lunch that week! ;)
I *really* miss our weekly lunch dates! Maybe we should try to go out to lunch again soon.
