Lex's 18 month well-check at the doctor went well, despite the fact that he really rather would have been napping. He cooperated with the doctor well enough, though he never did say a single word in her presence. She asked if he could say more than four words, which he can.

Other than eating, Lex loves going outside to play. We spent a good few hours in the backyard this morning. I'm so glad that there was good weather for us to do that today. Lex loves looking at birds and airplanes when we are outside.
