The night before Mother's Day, they took me shopping for a new pair of running shoes as my gift. My old running shoes needed replaced, so I was happy to pick out a new pair.
I was happy with my new shoes, so I was totally surprised when there were more presents on my tray in the morning. The boys brought me breakfast in bed: orange juice, a banana, and a cupcake. I think the cupcake was Connor's special touch. Oh yeah, and a fancy Nook Color in a purple case.
Plus, they got me flowers. And not just any flowers, but orchids, which are one of my favorites!
We had a nice day together, and we ended up at Easton, where we saw Rio and walked around the Lego store. My boys are totally Lego crazy right now! And, Connor is totally crazy for Star Wars and Darth Vader all of the sudden, too, so the Star Wars Legos are hot stuff.
