We went to the pool today, along with everyone else, because it was like 108 degrees outside or something, for the 100th day this week.
The boys wore long-sleeved rash guards and swim trunks, and I sunscreened them multiple times. I wore a typical bathing suit and also sunscreened, but I have now learned that sunscreen is not the same as a rash guard. I should have worn mine, too.

Nevertheless, we had a great time! Lex did a huge water slide a few times, and both boys perfected the art of jumping off the side of the pool into about 2 1/2 feet of water. At the end of our swim, Lex started jumping under the water and holding his breath. He was making me nervous because he was taking longer and longer and longer to come back up, and I knew he was getting tired, but he kept throwing himself under the water with reckless abandon. So, we headed over to the splash pad for a bit to calm my nerves.

Sounds like a great time. You have to love boys and the things they do to make mom worry!
