and now the recipe for Christmas Potatoes, which I invented


I decided to call these Christmas Potatoes because:

1. They are red and green;
2. The cheese reminds me of snow; and,
3. They taste just like Christmas. Seriously.


Directions:

Combine diced red potatoes with olive oil and fresh sage. Mix in cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with feta cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.

This dish smells heavenly, and it tastes even better!
