2nd Birthday Special

I asked Lex if he wanted to do something special for his birthday. He, of course, said, "Yes." But when I asked him what he wanted to do, he was silent. So, I offered him some choices, and when I said COSI, he declared that he wanted to go to COSI for his birthday special.

First, we caught a live show called Pumpkin Patch Science. There were some rockets and some explosions, so that was awesome. Lex really liked it. Connor covered his ears and his eyes a few times, but he survived.

Then, we visited the new Dora and Diego exhibit.

He ran around like that all day. Super cute.

The exhibit isn't very large, but the boys liked it. There was a space ship to play in and a pirate ship to climb aboard and a maze to go through. What isn't to like there?


Of course we also made the obligatory visit to Little KidSpace and we rode the space capsule in Space. It was a good time, and we left thoroughly exhausted. Lex fell asleep almost as soon as he hit his car seat.
