Also, I've been meaning to ask everyone-- is it common for an old guy that's your neighbor to vacuum the leaves off his lawn from your tree and then blow the rest onto your side of the sidewalk!?!
We just bought the house in May, work, have two kids and a dirty house.... just wondering. ;)
Thank you!!! :) He is-- today our dog was out front (first time ever, I swear) because someone forgot to close the fence gate.... he knocked on his door, didn't say anything, but threw his hands up in the air. Nice, huh?
