Here are our favorite Christmas-themed picture books this year.
Ricky and his dad go out and find the perfect tree, and even though at first Ricky's dad is in a hurry because he has so many other things to do, they end up having a great time together.
A little boy asks for a penguin for Christmas, but he finds out that getting exactly what he wanted may not be exactly what he wanted. But he takes really good care of his penguin nonetheless.
A classic. Connor loves it as much as many others have before him. Including me.
This one is Lex's particular favorite. He loves touch-and-feel books, and Curious George, so this one is a clear winner.
Not only does Connor love hidden picture books, but this one finally helps kids understand what exactly a partridge in a pear tree is. The pictures are whimsical and fabulous!
This one is a favorite in our house. We adore The Little Mouse, The Red Ripe Strawberry and the Big Hungry Bear, so it is no surprise that we would also love this book featuring one of our favorite little mice.
