What to see in Tempe?

Partly inspired by Connor's wish
to see all 32 NFL stadiums, partly because he has always wanted to go himself, and partly as a preemptive strike just in case Connor ever decides that he wants to see all the college bowl stadiums, Kevin took us to see the Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe. That's where the Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Miami Hurricanes in double overtime to win the 2002 National Championship. (We're talking football here, Mom.) We didn't go then, but now we've seen the stadium. (In fact, I think we watched that particular game at a bar downtown where one of our friends fell from a table? a balcony? and had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance? That can't be right...and why can I not remember? I should call Kevin and ask him about it, but I can imagine that's exactly the kind of crazy phone call he wants to get from his wife while he's at work.) Ahem. Back to the stadium:

The thing that impressed us the most was the fact that the stadium is built right into the side of the mountain.
