Uncle Tom made this banner.
I had no idea he was such a fantastic banner-maker.
I'm totally impressed.

He wanted to get in that hot tub, so I ended up in there with him and Connor.
Don't worry, it wasn't turned up too hot.
We actually tried the pool first, but the boys decided that was too cold.
Connor's luau shirt has surfing skeletons and skeleton fish on it.
He loved it.
Not to be outdone, Lex's shirt has skulls and cross-bones on the surfboards.

Asa gave Kevin a couple of tattoos. She drew Spiderman, and Superman, too, I think. With permanent fabric markers. Those designs stayed on his calves for about a week, and I think he liked them. Because now he is talking about getting some real ink.
I don't particularly care for this photo of me...but it is the only one I'm in. So here it is. I was at the luau too, and here is proof. Oh, and I think Kevin looks nice in his luau shirt, too.
The party hosts very thoughtfully provided an entire kit of new kids games, coloring books, snacks and movies. The boys loved it, and it kept them entertained long enough for us to stay until way past bedtime. In fact, the boys ended up in jammies before the party was over.
Congratulations, Jess & Travis!
The end
