I wouldn't have believed it

If you had told me when I was pregnant with Connor that one day when he was five that we would have an in-depth conversation about the Star Wars universe so complex that I would utter the words:  "I don't know, you're going to have to ask George Lucas," I would not have believed you.

There are more Harry Potter legos to be built.  Really.

If you had told me when Lex was born that he would often fall asleep at the drop of a hat, I'm not sure I would have believed that anyone actually did that.  I still don't believe some of the times that he falls asleep even when I see it, like when we are playing with toys and I leave the room for just a minute.  Or in the middle of dinner at a loud and crowded restaurant.  Or in his grandmother's arms while walking from the front door to the driveway to say goodbye to the rest of our guests.
