We got him a few gifts to celebrate.
The boys helped me wrap them up in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle wrapping paper. Because boys.
Lex bought himself a new Charmander Pokemon with a Toys 'R Us gift certificate that he got for Christmas, and Charmander is doing everything with him now. Even checking out Grandpa's Dallas Cowboys drink cozy.
The other gift we got him was an Amarillo Sandies blanket. My mom's name is Sandy, so we figured he must be a fan of Sandies.
Lex wanted a turn, too. After all, he is also a fan of Sandies.
The mascot for the Amarillo Sandies is some sort of unfortunate dust cloud that looks pretty menacing. Mascots can be so strange. (Yes, I'm looking at you, Brutus. But I love you, and the Buckeyes. O-H!)
