Dark Chocolate Cranberry Bread

I made a delicious bread for Thanksgiving, and I really loved it, and I want to make it again for Christmas.

Dark Chocolate Cranberry Bread


Here is the recipe, so I don't lose it:

Ingredients for Bread:

6 TBSP Butter
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1 cup cranberries, halved
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Ingredients for Streusel:

1/3 cup brown sugar
2 TBSP flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 TBSP cold butter

1.  Mix ingredients for bread, adding cranberries and chocolate chips last, after batter is mixed.

2.  Use a pastry blender to mix streusel until crumbly.

3.  Pour batter into loaf pan, cover with streusel.

4.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
