William Penn is atop the tower.
The building is so large, it is larger than a regular city block, so there is a courtyard in the middle, and it is basically the intersection of the streets that the building is blocking. You can walk through tunnels in the building to continue along the streets, but you can't drive on them.
There are subway entrances in the courtyard.
The attention to detail is astounding. I've never seen columns or keystones like these before.

The longer you look at the building, the more details you notice. It really is amazing.
