The King and I and Chop Suey

We went to lunch at a local Thai restaurant (The King and I) that is surprisingly authentic for being located in the Texas Panhandle.  It wasn't our first time there, and Connor remembered that he didn't particularly like the food, so he packed his own lunch.

Lex, however, ate all sorts of Thai food, and he loved it.







He had chicken chow mein, which he called "chicken chop suey."  He had spring rolls, but he didn't like the sweet and sour sauce to dip them in.  He ate carrots, but that's pretty standard fare.  And he ate it all with his "chop suey sticks."
