Did you know that there is a correct way to swallow? Did you know that you can do it wrong? Did you know that both of my kids do it wrong differently? Mom failure. I totally spaced on teaching them how to swallow when they were babies, because I kind of thought they could figure that out on their own? Sorry, guys. I dropped the ball on that one.
