Chattahoochee River National Park

Today we went and explored by the Chattahoochee River for a little while.

We took the dogs with us, and walked along the path next to the river.

The boys climbed up the rocks and explored down by the river's edge.

Poppy is getting better at walking on her leash.  This was only her second trip to a park.

Can you find the boys?  They wanted me to take their photos while they were up at the top, but they were very far away.

There was a bald eagle in the tree across the river, along with a ton of other really big birds.  It was easy to tell what the bald eagle was because of his big white head, but I'm not sure what the other birds were.  Next time we go, we shall have to take our DSLR camera so that we can get better photos of all the things that were far away.

As we walked, Kevin was on the lookout for alligators, Lex was keeping an eye out for bears, and Connor was trying to avoid all the snakes. I was keeping an eye out for all the Pokemon.
