They did it again this month.
They read A Week in the Woods by Andrew Clements, and then we went to the library for a trivia challenge.
There were snacks a plenty, and they each received a new color-changing pencil and a Hershey bar for participating. Connor won, for the second month in a row, and he received a library book bag as his prize.
Keeping with the survival in the wilderness theme, the kids are reading Julie of the Wolves for next month. This was my favorite book when I was in fourth grade. I checked it out from the school library just about every time we had a class library day in school.
