Tonight I made the best mashed potatoes that I have ever made. That have ever been made, probably.

Well, how did I do it? First I boiled the potatoes AND A COUPLE OF GARLIC CLOVES. Then I mashed them and mixed them with butter, heavy cream, sour cream and a SECRET INGREDIENT.
