Little Foodie

Last night, Lex made dinner.  He was in the kitchen when I started getting ready to make pork chops, and he jumped right in and said that we should make something really gourmet, and then plate it so that it would look super fancy.  He was thinking of something restaurant quality.


And so, he chopped all the vegetables and helped to mix them in a nice seasoning blend.  We roasted them in the oven.  I pan fried the pork chops and made a mushroom cream sauce, while he made three custom sauce blends for our meal.

He made a horseradish sauce, a bar-be-que sauce, and spicy sauce.  I didn't try the spicy one.  I know he likes his food waaaay spicier than I do.
