Kids Can Cook

This week, Connor did another cooking camp at Sur La Table.

Cupcakes

Day One:

salsa, corn chips, chicken tacos, Mexican chocolate fondue with churro cookies

Day Two:

lasagna roll ups with homemade pasta dough, garlic monkey bread with cheesy alfredo sauce, strawberry lemonade slushy

Day Three:

double-decker grilled cheese sandwiches, fire roasted tomato soup, sour cream and onion potato chips, bruleed banana split

Day Four:

cookie dough pizza, tie-die cupcakes, chocolate balloon cups with summer fruit

Day Five:

mystery box competition

Connor's team won the mystery box competition, and he got an award for being the best chef at camp!

His prize was a wooden spoon, which is a fitting trophy for a cooking camp, to be honest.

The head chef told him to lie about his age and come back for the teenage classes.
