This year, Lex asked to have a football-themed birthday party.
This is the photo that we used for his invitation.
The whole thing was his idea, and he directed and starred in the photo shoot.
He asked if we could order the life-sized chocolate football that he had seen at the Hansel & Gretel Candy Kitchen in Helen, Georgia. He's full of great ideas, this one.
One of his friends bought him a Just Dance video game for his Nintendo. We have enough controllers for four people to play at once. If I had known how fun these games were, we would have bought it a long time ago. Lex has already asked for the 2020 version for Christmas.
He had another surprise gift to open later that night!
And, after the party is over, it's time to start playing with all the new toys.
