After we realized that it would be impossible for us to carry out our normal Thanksgiving travel plans this year, we concocted a new scheme to celebrate Thanksgiving in quarantine for 2020. We decided that it would bring us joy to celebrate Thanksgiving four times by ourselves. Thus, we celebrated the first of four Thursday Thanksgiving meals this week.
This turkey was 8 lbs. The perfect size for four people.

It was delicious.
I also made potato wedges, corn, cornbread stuffing, and turkey gravy.
Today I am thankful for at-home grocery delivery, and shoppers who select the smallest turkey they can find per my request.
