Ingredients:
6 large gold potatoes, peeled and chunked
7 TBSP butter, divided
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
salt
pepper
Directions:
Make mashed potatoes: Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash. Mix with 4 TBSP butter and cream.
Saute the onion and cabbage with 2 TBSP butter.
Mix potatoes with cabbage and bacon. Top with additional butter, salt and pepper.
