In which Connor learns life skills

This evening, Kevin and Connor got a flat tire while driving home. So, Connor learned how to change a tire.

Kevin sent me these great photos, along with a request that I order the new KFC chicken sandwiches from Uber Eats so that we could have dinner when they eventually got home.

I thought that sounded reasonable, so I ordered the food. We had been seeing the commercials for these new sandwiches everywhere. We all knew that Connor was really looking forward to trying them.

When they were finished changing the tire, Kevin figured that it would be nice to treat Connor.  So, he offered to take Connor to KFC on the way home. That's when Connor confessed to using his phone to ask me to order the KFC. I already had the chicken sandwiches en route. The sandwiches arrived at home shortly before they did.
