Ratatouille

Lex wanted me to make ratatouille.

Ratatouille

Step 1: Saute onion, garlic, and bell peppers in olive oil

Season with salt, pepper, and basil.

Step 2: Add 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes

Step 3: Set sliced roma tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini and eggplant on top of the sauce

Ratatouille

Step 4: Mix herb seasoning and spread on top 

4 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp basil

1 tsp garlic

2 Tbsp parsley

2 tsp thyme

salt

pepper

Step 5: Bake at 375 for 40 minutes covered with foil, and 20 minutes more uncovered
