Work

When I went back to work after Connor was born, the arrangement was that I would work from the office in the morning and from home in the afternoon. This has caused some problems for my boss, as I work in a very small law firm, and sometimes there is no one in the office in the afternoons to answer phones/accept packages, etc. Also, I think he would prefer to have someone there to take care of small secretarial duties such as mailing things and running to the bank or whatever.

A few weeks ago, he told me that we needed to talk about my plans, since he really needed some help in the office in the afternoons. Today, he finally asked me to come back to work in the office in the afternoons, and I told him that I just couldn't do that. We really didn't get into why, which is fine. But I also make it clear that even though I'm only in the office for the morning, I'm actually doing more work than I was when I was in the office all day before. (This is true, we've added some new large clients and the work load has increased tremendously.) Therefore, I suggested that it would be nice to have some extra help at the office, and he totally agreed.

So, we are currently looking for someone to answer phones and do some general office stuff Monday through Friday, from about noon/1:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Anyone know anyone who might be interested in such a position?
