I remember when I was little and my parents used to complain that gas had gone up to $.75 per gallon. I can't imagine gas being that cheap. They always told me that it used to be a quarter a gallon.
Fortunately, I believe in "peak oil," so the rising gas prices don't surprise me. And they are only ever going to get higher from now on. How much higher, I'm not sure. Do you think that Connor will be fueling up with gas when he is old enough to drive?
Do you believe in peak oil? How about global warming? To some people, these concepts are like Santa Claus.
I believe in global warming.
I never believed in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny or the Tooth Fairy. I guess my parents didn't want to lie to me, and they wanted credit for the nice things done for me.
I believe in God.
I don't believe in evolution.
I believe in some form of the big bang theory.
And by the way, where is the flying car that I was supposed to be driving by now?
