Lex is Two Months Old!

It's hard for me to believe that this little guy has only been here for two months - time seems to have slowed down while speeding up.

He had his two-month baby well-check-up at the doctor on Thursday, and here are his stats:

Height: 24 3/4 inches (95%)

Weight: 14 lbs 11 oz (95%)

(Hey Mom, I finally checked for you, and Connor was about three months old when he reached this weight.)

Lex is such a happy, easy baby. He sleeps really well, and he smiles and coos and giggles all the time. He loves Connor's little blue monkey that plays Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, so we hang that from the handle of his car seat carrier. He can already reach out and grab it. In fact, those are his favorite types of toys, the ones that dangle in his reach so that he can bat at them.
